Speak Local (“we,” “us”) operates speaklocal.com. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Waitlist information you give us: your email address, optionally a website URL, and whether you identify as an agency.
- Technical information: standard server logs, including IP address and browser user agent, used for security and to keep the site running.
- Analytics: if you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics 4 records which pages you visit and how you arrived, through Google Tag Manager. It is loaded only after you accept — see the cookie policy for the exact cookies and how long they last.
How we use it
- To contact you about Speak Local early access, launch, and product updates.
- To understand interest in the product (for example, how many agencies join the waitlist).
- To see which pages people find useful, in aggregate, so we can improve them.
- To protect the site from abuse.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not use third-party advertising or social media trackers on this site. Analytics is the only optional category we set, and it is off until you say otherwise.
Retention
We keep waitlist information until launch communications conclude or you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your information or unsubscribe at any time by emailing [email protected]. We honor deletion requests regardless of where you live.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
