Speak Local (“we,” “us”) operates speaklocal.com. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account information you give us: your name, email address, organization name, and the websites you ask us to audit.
- Technical information: standard server logs, including IP address and browser user agent, used for security and to keep the site running.
- Analytics: if you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics 4 records which pages you visit and how you arrived, through Google Tag Manager. It is loaded only after you accept — see the cookie policy for the exact cookies and how long they last.
How we use it
- To contact you about your account, billing, and product updates.
- To understand interest in the product (for example, how many agencies sign up).
- To see which pages people find useful, in aggregate, so we can improve them.
- To protect the site from abuse.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not use third-party advertising or social media trackers on this site. Analytics is the only optional category we set, and it is off until you say otherwise.
Retention
We keep account information for as long as you have an account with us, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires or until you ask us to remove it.
Your choices
